The invention discloses a gas exchange device used for underground pipe rack logistics. The gas exchange device comprises a shell. A first partition plate is arranged in the shell. A gas discharging pipe is arranged above the first partition plate. The gas discharging pipe is connected with a gas discharging draught fan, and the gas discharging draught fan is used for discharging gas. A second partition plate is arranged below the first partition plate, and a sealed gas inlet cavity is formed in the side, close to the shell, of the second partition plate. A third partition plate is arranged onthe other side of the second partition plate, and a ventilation opening is formed in the center position of the third partition plate. A first filtering net is arranged on the side, away from the second partition plate, of the third partition plate, and the other side of the first filtering net is connected with a filtering body. A sterilization cavity is formed in the other side of the filteringbody, a gas inlet is formed in the side, away from the filtering body, of the sterilization cavity, and the gas inlet is connected with the shell in an inlaid manner. A gas extracting fan is arrangedin the gas inlet. The gas exchange efficiency is high, air in an underground pipe rack is purified, the air quality in the underground pipe rack is improved, and a healthy breathing environment is ensured.
