High-rheological-property geopolymer mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-rheological-property geopolymer mortar and a preparation method thereof. The high-rheological-property geopolymer mortar is prepared from metakaolin, coal ash, an alkali activator, a water reducing agent, water, quartz sand, PVA powder, nano silicon dioxide, graphene, rubber powder and a surfactant. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: soaking rubber powder in a sodium hydroxide solution, and soaking the soaked rubber powder in an ethanol solution of a silane coupling agent to obtain modified rubber powder; heating and dissolving PVA in water, adding a surfactant, nano silicon dioxide and modified rubber powder, heating to obtain a mixture, and carrying out electrostatic spinning to obtain modified PVA fibers; taking metakaolin, fly ash andquartz sand, stirring, sequentially adding the alkali activator, graphene and modified PVA fibers while stirring, uniformly mixing, adding the water reducing agent, and continuing to uniformly stir toobtain the high-rheological-property geopolymer mortar. The geopolymer mortar prepared by the invention has good rheological property and mechanical property, and can meet the construction requirements.
