Geopolymer light mortar and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides geopolymer light mortar and a preparation method and application thereof. The geopolymer light mortar comprises nano-hydroxyapatite, steel slag micro-powder, tailing powder, filler and a water-retaining agent.The nano-hydroxyapatite is used for replacing conventional cement to serve as an adhesive, and therefore the antibacterial and bacteriostatic performance of the mortar is improved; meanwhile, the nano-hydroxyapatite is subjected to modification treatment, so that the brittleness problem of the nano-hydroxyapatite is solved, the mechanical property of the nano-hydroxyapatite is improved, and the nano-hydroxyapatite has a good application prospect. According to the preparation method, all the raw materials are uniformly mixed in a mechanical mixing manner to obtain the geopolymer lightweight mortar. The mortar can be used for masonry bonding of building blocks and plastering treatment of indoor and outdoor wall surfaces, is safe and environment-friendly, and has a relatively long shelf life.
本发明提出了一种地聚物轻质砂浆及其制备方法和应用,所述地聚物轻质砂浆包括纳米羟基磷灰石、钢渣微粉、尾矿粉、填料和保水剂,本发明采用纳米羟基磷灰石替代常规的水泥作为胶粘剂,从而改善了砂浆的抗菌抑菌性能,同时对纳米羟基磷灰石进行改性处理,克服了纳米羟基磷灰石存在的脆性问题并提高了其机械性能,具有良好的应用前景,所述制备方法采用机械混合的方式将所有原料进行混合均匀,得到地聚物轻质砂浆,该砂浆可用于砌块砌筑粘接、室内外墙面的抹灰处理,安全环保,同时具有较长的保质期。
