High-durability geopolymer mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-durability geopolymer mortar and a preparation method thereof. The geopolymer mortar is prepared from the following raw materials: water, metakaolin, fly ash, quartz sand,an alkali activator, PVA, graphite, microcrystalline cellulose, organic acid, a surfactant, nano SiO2 and a water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: dispersing the organic acid and the microcrystalline cellulose in water under an ultrasonic condition, uniformly stirring, and adding the graphene, the water reducing agent and the mixed solution A; heating and dissolving PVA in water, adding a surfactant and nano SiO2, carrying out electrostatic spinning to obtain modified PVA fibers; taking metakaolin, fly ash and quartz sand in a stirrer and stirring, adding the alkali activator and the mixed solution A, and adding the modified PVA fibers in batches to obtain the high-durability geopolymer mortar. The high-durability geopolymer mortar provided by the invention overcomes the technical problem of loose structure caused by overlarge fiber addition amount in the prior art, and the durability of the high-durability geopolymer mortar is significantly improved.
