The invention discloses a plastic runway laying device capable of adjusting runway thickness. The plastic runway laying device comprises a vehicle body of which the lower side is provided with four wheels; a stirring cavity with a feeding hole in the upper side is formed in the vehicle body; a stirring assembly is arranged in the stirring cavity; the lower side of the stirring cavity is communicated with a quantifying cavity through a feeding communication port; the left side of the quantifying cavity is communicated with a rotating cavity; the right side of the stirring cavity is communicatedwith a driving cavity through a sliding cavity; a driving assembly is arranged in the driving cavity; a quantifying transmission cavity extending to the rear side of the driving cavity is formed in the rear side of the rotating cavity. According to the device, the opening size of the feeding communication port can be adjusted according to the thickness of a runway needing to be laid, meanwhile, the height of a pressing block is adjusted; and when a plastic runway is laid, a stirring rod stirs plastic, a piston slides leftwards and rightwards to control a discharging amount, meanwhile, the pressing block presses the plastic runway, and therefore, manual laying is not needed, and manpower is saved.
