Prefabricated module splicing structure of steel bridge deck pavement structure
The invention provides a prefabricated module splicing structure of a steel bridge deck pavement structure. Prefabricated modules are arranged between an anti-skid layer and an elastic leveling layer;the prefabricated modules adopt polymer prefabricated profile layers; the adjacent prefabricated modules are connected in a lap joint or clamping mode; the surfaces of the different connected prefabricated modules are located on the same horizontal plane. Under the condition that a reinforcing mesh, concrete and/or an asphalt pavement layer are/is not adopted, the overall stability and the connecting strength of the pavement structure can still be ensured, and a new thought is provided for novel steel bridge deck pavement; the steel bridge deck pavement structure with the prefabricated modulesplicing structure can adapt to shaking and strain of a steel bridge, flexibly releases stress of the steel bridge and the pavement structure of the steel bridge in a using process, and can improve the driving comfort of a steel bridge deck.
本发明提供了一种钢桥面铺装结构的预制模块拼接结构,预制模块设置在抗滑层和弹性调平层之间,预制模块采用高分子预制型材层,相邻预制模块采用搭接或卡接的方式连接,且连接后的不同预制模块表面位于同一水平面。本发明在不采用钢筋网、混凝土和/或沥青铺装层的情况下,仍然能够确保铺装结构整体稳定性和连接强度,为新型钢桥面铺装提供了一种新的思路;带有本发明预制模块拼接结构的钢桥面铺装结构,能够自适应钢桥晃动和应变,能够在使用过程灵活释放钢桥及其铺装结构的应力,能够提高钢桥面的行车舒适性。
