The invention relates to the technical field of pipe profile water drainage, and discloses an underground pipe profile water supply and drainage device. The underground pipe profile water supply and drainage device comprises a support, a filtering assembly, a water inlet pipe and a water drainage assembly. The filtering assembly comprises a fixed disc, a rotary disc and a driving piece. The fixeddisc is connected to the support. First water outlet holes are formed in the fixed disc in the axial direction. The rotary disc and the fixed disc are coaxially arranged, and the rotary disc is arranged above the fixed disc. A first fixing hole is inwards formed in the top of the rotary disc in the axial direction. A plurality of first filtering holes are formed in the inner wall of the bottom ofthe first fixing hole in the axial direction of the rotary disc. The driving piece is fixed to the support, and an output shaft of the driving piece is connected to the rotary disc. The water outlet end of the water inlet pipe is arranged opposite to the first fixing hole. The height of the water outlet end of the water inlet pipe is smaller than that of the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe. The water drainage assembly comprises a water pump. The water inlet end of the water pump communicates with each first water outlet hole. According to the underground pipe profile water supply and drainage device, the water pump can be effectively prevented from being blocked.
