The invention discloses a rapid installing and fixing structure for a sound insulation/sound absorption decorating plate. The rapid installing and fixing structure comprises a wall fixing structure and a plate fixing structure. The wall fixing structure is composed of a supporting portion and a fixing portion. The fixing portion comprises outer grooves formed in the two sides of the supporting portion. The outer grooves are provided with wall connecting and fixing devices. The supporting portion comprises an inner groove between the outer grooves in the two sides. The plate fixing structure isarranged on the outer surface of the supporting portion, namely, on the bottom of the bottom face of the inner groove. The plate fixing structure is composed of a clamping structure and a fastening structure. The clamping structure is fixed onto the supporting portion. The clamping structure is provided with a clamping hook groove. The fastening structure is provided with a top plate, and a clamping hook matched with the clamping hook groove. The rapid installing and fixing structure for the sound insulation/sound absorption decorating plate facilitates installing of the sound insulation/sound absorption decorating plate, and meanwhile has high installing stability.
