The parking area totally has seven layers. A transverse moving device comprises transverse moving power assemblies and transverse moving broaches matched with carriages. The transverse moving power assemblies and the transverse moving broaches are arranged on the two sides of the parking area from the second layer to the seventh layer. Channel power assemblies are arranged on lifting roadways of the third layer and the sixth layer correspondingly. The transverse moving broaches reciprocate between the parking area and the lifting roadways under cooperation of the transverse moving power assemblies and the channel power assemblies. Alifting device and the transverse moving device are connected with a PLC.
