The invention relates to a reservoir waterproof construction device which comprises a base, painting devices and moving wheels. The painting devices are symmetrically installed on the left side wall and the right side wall of the base. The moving wheels are installed at the lower ends of the painting devices. The base comprises a chassis, a rotation motor, a rotary seat, a rotary rod and connecting springs. Each painting device comprises a rolling seat, a first lifting air cylinder, a first connecting rod, a second lifting air cylinder, a second connecting rod, a rolling brush, a linkage rod,an adjusting rod and a supporting frame. By adopting a roll painting mode, the inner wall and the outer wall of a reservoir are subjected to painting treatment at the same time, no adverse effect is brought to the surrounding environment and physical health of staff, and compared with a traditional roll painting mode, the working efficiency is remarkably improved, in addition, the paint can be supplemented in time in the working process, the situation of frequent shutting down for supplementing the paint is avoided, and continuous conduction of painting operation is guaranteed.
