Porous wave-transparent material super-hydrophobic hole sealing layer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a porous wave-transparent material super-hydrophobic hole sealing layer and a low-temperature preparation method thereof. Hydrophobic alcohol liquid is mixed with ceramic powder, the surface of a porous ceramic wave-transparent material matrix is subjected to a super-hydrophobic hole sealing treatment, a permeation path of an organic solvent in a damp-proof coating is blocked, meanwhile, formation of an interface layer and combination of a surface high-hardness damp-proof coating are facilitated, and the preparation method is scientific, reasonable, simple, easy to implement and convenient to implement. The hole sealing coating prepared through the method is adopted, after water drips, water is directly condensed into water drops to roll on the surface, and no rolling trace exists. Tests show that the stable contact angle between the water drops and the material surface is 150.3-150.7 degrees, the rolling contact angle is 8.7-9.3 degrees, and the thickness of the coating is close to zero.
本发明涉及一种多孔透波材料超疏水封孔层及其低温制备方法。通过憎水醇液,辅以陶瓷粉进行混合,对多孔陶瓷透波材料基体表面进行超疏水封孔处理,阻挡防潮涂层中有机溶剂的渗入路径,同时利于界面层的形成和表面高硬度防潮涂层的结合,制备方法科学合理,简单易行,便于实施。采用该方法制备的封孔涂层,滴水后,水直接凝结成水珠在表面滚动,且无滚动痕迹。经测试,水珠与材料表面的稳定接触角为150.3‑150.7°,滚动接触角8.7‑9.3°,涂层厚度近零。
