The invention discloses a foundation reinforcement pile-forming device and a foundation reinforcement method. A waveguide tube with the middle being of a hollow structure is adopted, a magnetic control tube is connected to one end of the waveguide tube, the other end of the waveguide tube is closed, a plurality of waveguide cracks which are formed in the length direction of the waveguide tube areformed in the tube wall of the waveguide tube, the multiple waveguide cracks do not communicate, and a pickup probe is arranged on the position, on one side of each waveguide crack, of the inner wallof the waveguide tube and arranged in the radial direction of the waveguide tube; the waveguide cracks are formed in the tube wall to form tubular heating structures, the magnetic control tube generates microwaves, the microwaves are oscillated in the waveguide tube and then picked up through the pickup probes to be evenly radiated outwards from the waveguide cracks, thus the effect of heating a soil body around the waveguide tube is achieved, the purpose of accurate heating is achieved, the strength of the soil body is improved through the high temperature, disturbance to undisturbed soil isreduced, the foundation treatment cost is lowered, meanwhile pollution of the treatment mode to the environment is small, and the foundation reinforcement method is an environment-friendly construction method.
本发明公开了一种地基加固成桩装置及地基加固方法,通过采用中间为中空结构的波导管,在波导管的一端连接有磁控管,波导管另一端封闭,波导管的管壁上设有多个沿波导管长度方向开设波导裂缝,多个波导裂缝不连通,波导管内壁位于每个波导裂缝一侧设有一个拾取探针,拾取探针沿波导管径向设置,利用管壁开设波导裂缝形成管状加热结构,利用磁控管产生微波,微波经过波导管内震荡后通过拾取探针拾取微波从波导裂缝向外均匀辐射,实现对波导管周土体加热的效果,达到精准加热的目的,通过高温使土体强度提高,减少了对原状土的扰动,降低了地基处理成本,同时该处理方式对环境污染小,是环境友好型的施工方法。
