PILE HEAD REINFORCEMENT METHOD FOR FOUNDATION PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head reinforcement method for a foundation pile that effectively reinforces a pile head of a foundation pile.SOLUTION: A pile head reinforcement method for a foundation pile uses an excavation tube 10 that includes: a tubular body that forms a space 14 for erecting a reinforcing body 22 containing a cage 21 by casting a curable fluid 20 around a pile head B of a foundation pile A; a blade that may be screwed-in, installed on an outer peripheral surface of the tubular body; and a bottom cover installed detachably on a bottom part of the tubular body for closing the bottom part, having a through-hole through which the pile head penetrates. The pile head reinforcement method comprises the following steps for: rotation and penetration in which the excavation tube is rotated and made to penetrate into a construction ground where the foundation pile has been buried; installing the cage in a space around the pile head; casting the curable fluid into the space around the pile head; and removing the excavation tube from the construction ground, leaving behind the bottom cover.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
