Method for wet-process pouring construction of dry-process pore-forming pile foundation
The invention provides a method for wet-process pouring construction of a dry-process pore-forming pile foundation. The method comprises the following steps of: forming a pore of the pile foundation by a dry process; mounting a reinforcement cage and a guide pipe into the pore of the pile foundation; pouring concrete into the pore of the pile foundation through the guide pipe and chiseling away aconcrete pile head of an over-pouring part; before pouring the concrete, pouring clean water into the pore of the pile foundation by the guide pipe, wherein the pouring height of the clean water is calculated according to a formula (1); after pouring the clean water, pouring the concrete; enabling the concrete to fall into the lower layer of the clean water by self gravity and continually liftingthe clean water; enabling the clean water at the upper layer to abut against the surface of the concrete at the lower layer so that the concrete at the lower layer is dense; and along the increasing of the pouring height of the concrete, discharging the lifted clean water from the top of the pore of the pile foundation. The method is simple to operate; the pile foundation pouring working efficiency, the pile forming quality and the green construction level can be improved; meanwhile, the cost investment is reduced and a working environment of dry-hole pouring of the pile foundation is improved; and manual vibration is not needed and the construction safety of workers is improved.
本发明提供了一种干法成孔桩基湿法灌注施工的方法,包括以下步骤:桩基干法成孔、安装钢筋笼及导管至桩基孔内、通过导管向桩基孔内灌注混凝土及将超灌部分混凝土桩头凿除,在混凝土灌注之前,还包括:借助导管向桩基孔内灌注清水,清水的灌注高度根据公式(1)计算获得:清水灌注完成后灌注混凝土,混凝土靠自身重力落至清水的下层并不断将清水抬高,上层的清水抵压下层的混凝土表面使下层的混凝土密实,随着混凝土的灌注高度增加,被抬高的清水从桩基孔顶部排出。本发明操作简单,可提升桩基灌注工效、成桩质量及绿色施工水平,同时降低成本投入,改善桩基干孔灌注的作业环境,无需人工振捣,提高工人施工的安全性。
