The invention discloses a carbonaceous shale geological foundation pile pore-forming pouring construction method which comprises the following steps: punching a flood reservoir to form a first section of pore-forming and obtain a first section of pore-forming condition; forming a first wall protection layer in the first-section formed hole according to the first-section formed hole condition; in the first section of formed hole, the carbonaceous shale layer is subjected to rotary excavating along the first wall protection layer, a second section of formed hole is formed, and the second section of formed hole condition is obtained; according to the second-section hole forming condition, a second wall protection layer is formed in the second-section hole forming; and steel reinforcement cages are put into the first section of formed holes and the second section of formed holes, concrete is poured, and the carbonaceous shale geological foundation pile is formed. According to the construction method for impact hole forming of the luvial layer and rotary excavating hole forming of the carbonaceous shale layer, the percussion drill is adopted for construction of the luvial layer, rapid penetration of the luvial layer is achieved, a compact protection wall is formed, then the rotary excavating drill is adopted for construction of the carbonaceous shale layer, hole wall rock mass expansion and disintegration are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
