The invention discloses a novel overlapping-type cast-in-place pile suitable for a karst landform and a construction method of the overlapping-type cast-in-place pile, and particularly relates to thefield of cast-in-place piles. The novel overlapping-type cast-in-place pile comprises an outer steel casing, wherein a drill bottom is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the outer steel casing, and several grout stopping holes are formed in the outer surface of the drill bottom and are distributed annularly. According to the novel overlapping-type cast-in-place pile, through the arrangement ofthe drill bottom, drill stems, the outer steel casing and an inner pile body, when the cast-in-place pile is installed, drilling needs to be conducted through the drill bottom at the bottom end. In the rotating process, the drill stems at the bottom end of the drill bottom will crush stone, wherein the drill stems are a cone made of stainless steel, which makes it more convenient to crush stopping stone and further install the cast-in-place pile. The outer surface of the inner pile body is sleeved with the outer steel casing, the outer steel casing is fixed to the inner pile body through a steel casing reinforcement ring to better protect the inner pile body and prevent the inner pile body from being damaged in the using process, and the service life of the cast-in-place pile is prolongedaccordingly.
本发明公开了一种适用于岩溶地貌的新型叠合式灌注桩及其施工方法,具体涉及灌注桩领域,包括外置钢护筒,所述外置钢护筒的底端固定安装有钻底,所述钻底的外表面开设有若干个涉浆孔,若干个所述涉浆孔呈环形排列。本发明通过设置钻底、钻杆、外置钢护筒和内置桩身,在对灌注桩进行安装时,需要通过底端的钻底进行钻孔,在转动过程中,钻底底端的钻杆会石块进行粉碎,钻杆为锥形的不锈钢材质,可以更加方便对阻挡的石块进行粉碎,便于对灌注桩进行安装,内置桩身的外表面套设有外置钢护筒,通过钢护筒加固圈将外置钢护筒固定在内置桩身上,可以对内置桩身进行较好的保护,避免在使用的过程中受到损坏,增加了灌注桩的使用寿命。
