Anti-settling drainage method for foundation pit
The invention provides an anti-settling drainage method for a foundation pit. The anti-settling drainage method comprises the following steps that the foundation pit is excavated; a protective wall with an opening in the upper end is built along the inner wall of the foundation pit; a plurality of impermeable layers, a transition layer and a compaction layer are sequentially laid along the edge ofthe opening end of the protective wall, meanwhile, a plurality of impermeable layers and a sealing layer are sequentially laid along the inner wall of the protective wall, and after cement mortar, the impermeable layers and the sealing layer are sequentially laid at the bottom of the foundation pit, a protective cofferdam with an opening in the upper end is formed in the protective wall; and water accumulated in the protective cofferdam is drained through a water pump and an absorption pipe. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the protective cofferdam is built in the foundation pit in advance, and in the drainage work process, the protective cofferdam connects soil bodies around the foundation pit into a whole and seals the soil bodies, so that the soil bodies of the foundation pit are prevented from being soaked by accumulated water, the soil bodies in the foundation pit are effectively prevented from collapsing, safety is improved, and potential safety hazards are reduced; andunderground water can be drained out of the foundation pit in time, and the limitation on the pumping power of the water pump is reduced.
本发明提供一种基坑防沉降排水方法,包括以下步骤:挖掘基坑;沿着基坑内壁砌筑形成上端开口的防护墙;沿着防护墙开口端边沿依次铺设多层防渗层、过渡层和压实层,同时沿着防护墙内壁依次铺设多层防渗层和封固层,并且在基坑坑底依次铺设水泥砂浆、多层防渗层和封固层后,在防护墙内形成上端开口的防护围堰;通过水泵和吸收管将防护围堰内蓄积的水排出。采用本发明的技术方案,通过预先在基坑内修筑防护围堰,在排水工作过程中,防护围堰将基坑四周土体连接为一个整体并且封固,从而避免基坑土体受积水浸泡,有效防止基坑内土体坍塌,提升了安全性,减少了安全隐患,使地下水能够从基坑内及时排出,并且减少了对水泵的抽水功率的限制。
