The invention discloses an anti-settling concrete pole reinforced foundation which belongs to the technical field of electrical equipment, and comprises a fixed base arranged at the bottom of a pole body and an anti-settling mechanism arranged on the soil surface, wherein the middle part of the pole body is inserted into the middle part of the fixed base, and the outer wall of the pole body is filled with a concrete layer corresponding to the space between the fixed base and the anti-settling mechanism; the fixing base comprises a prefabricated base body and a grouting anchoring mechanism, the lower end of the rod body is inserted into the center of the prefabricated base body, the prefabricated base body is fixed underground through the grouting anchoring mechanism, the bottom of the rod body is fixed through the fixing base body, installation of the rod body is facilitated, and the anti-sinking mechanism, the connecting base and the self-tightening sleeve are clamped and fixed to the side wall of the rod body. When the pole body settles, a force can be transmitted to the upper end of a dispersion plate through the inclined supporting rod, settlement of the pole body is effectively avoided through sharing of the dispersion plate, so that the safety of the concrete pole in use is greatly improved, and the anti-settling mechanism of the split type structure facilitates installation of a reinforcing foundation.
