The invention relates to the technical field of lithium ion battery materials, in particular to a preparation method of a garnet type solid electrolyte with controllable particle size, comprising thefollowing steps of: step 1, respectively weighing 5-20 parts of tantalum-doped lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide powder and 0.5-1 part of a dispersing agent, putting the materials into a ball millingtank, and adding 30-120 parts of an absolute ethyl alcohol solvent; 2, weighing grinding balls with different sizes, and placing the grinding balls in a ball milling tank for ball milling to obtain tantalum-doped lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide subjected to primary ball milling; wherein the ball milling time is 10-15h, the rotating speed is 480-500r/min, and the aggregation of the tantalum-dopedlithium lanthanum zirconium oxide powder is limited by reducing the surface energy of the tantalum-doped lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide powder by utilizing the dispersing agent, so that the nanoscale tantalum-doped lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide powder with uniform size and no impurity phase is obtained. The preparation method is simple, low in cost, green and environment-friendly.
本发明涉及锂离子电池材料技术领域,具体为一种粒径可控石榴石型固态电解质的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、分别称量5‑20份钽掺杂锂镧锆氧粉末,0.5‑1份分散剂置于球磨罐中,加入30‑120份无水乙醇溶剂;步骤2、称取不同尺寸的磨球,放置在球磨罐中进行球磨,得到一次球磨后的钽掺杂锂镧锆氧;球磨时间10‑15h,转速480‑500r/min,通过利用分散剂减少钽掺杂锂镧锆氧粉末的表面能来限制钽掺杂锂镧锆氧粉末的聚集,获得尺寸均匀且无杂质相的纳米级钽掺杂锂镧锆氧粉末。此制备方法简单,成本低,绿色环保。
