The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-flame-retardant smoke-suppression LVT floor backing material layer, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the following production raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 20-40 parts of plasticizer, 1-5 parts of stabilizer, 50-200 parts of flame-retardant smoke suppressant, 0-150 parts of calcium powder and 0-5 parts of processing aid; and (2) mixing the raw materials, and carrying out internal mixing, open milling, calendering, cooling, and drawing discharging to obtain the high-flame-retardant smoke-suppression LVT floor backing material layer. The flame-retardant smoke suppressant is a composite flame-retardant smoke suppressant composed of a metal oxide smoke suppressant or a metal hydroxide smoke suppressant or a combination of the two, a borate smoke suppressant, a molybdate smoke suppressant and a charring agent. The obtained LVT floor backing material layer is good in size stability, low in warping value, not prone to being torn and damaged, resistant to abrasion and scratching, resistant to mildew and damp, capable of preventing the LVT floor from warping and capable ofguaranteeing the size stability of the floor. The material has good flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing properties.
本发明公开了一种高阻燃抑烟LVT地板底料层的制备方法，包括以下步骤，(1)按照以下重量份取生产原料：聚氯乙烯树脂80～120份、增塑剂20～40份、稳定剂1～5份、阻燃抑烟剂50～200份、钙粉0～150份、加工助剂0～5份；(2)将生产原料混合、密炼、开炼、压延、冷却牵引出料即得一种高阻燃抑烟LVT地板底料层。本发明阻燃抑烟剂选用金属氧化物抑烟剂或金属氢氧化物抑烟剂或二者的组合与硼酸盐抑烟剂、钼酸盐抑烟剂、成炭剂组成的复合阻燃抑烟剂，得到的LVT地板底料层尺寸稳定性好，翘曲值低，不易撕裂破损，耐磨耐刮，同时防霉防潮，防止LVT地板地板翘曲，保证地板尺寸稳定；并具有良好的阻燃抑烟性能。
