The product disclosed by the invention has the functions and effects of non-toxicity, odorlessness, environmental protection, durability, skid resistance, water resistance, sound absorption, rich colors, easiness in construction and the like of the traditional PVC elastic floor; the product provided by the invention has excellent flame retardance and smoke suppression performance, is more environment-friendly in use, and is wider in application range; the product disclosed by the invention has the characteristic of low toxic gas during combustion; the product disclosed by the invention has excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, bending property and impact strength, and also has the properties of low smoke density grade, no odor, low total carbon and the like; the product disclosed by the invention can be recycled, so that resource waste is avoided.
