The invention discloses a magnetic powder modified steel bridge deck asphalt pavement structure and a construction method thereof. Compared with a traditional steel bridge deck pavement structure, according to the steel bridge deck pavement structure, materials of a protective layer, a buffer layer and a waterproof bonding layer are respectively improved into magnetic powder modified asphalt concrete, magnetic powder modified asphalt sand glue and magnetic powder modified asphalt. The whole structure mainly comprises an asphalt concrete wearing layer, an adhesive layer, a magnetic powder modified asphalt concrete protective layer, a magnetic powder modified asphalt sand rubber buffer layer, a magnetic powder modified asphalt waterproof adhesive layer and a steel bridge deck anticorrosion layer from top to bottom, wherein the anticorrosion layer and the buffer layer are arranged according to actual needs. In the construction process, the magnetization process of each magnetic powder modified pavement layer is added, the overall strength and rigidity of the steel bridge deck pavement structure are improved on the basis of physicochemical bonding of a traditional steel bridge deck pavement structure through the comprehensive effect of powder modification, magnetic bonding and magnetic hardening, and interlayer bonding, deformation compliance, pavement performance and durability are enhanced.
本发明公开了一种磁粉改性钢桥面沥青铺装结构及其施工方法,该钢桥面铺装结构与传统钢桥面铺装结构相比,将保护层、缓冲层和防水粘结层的材料分别改进为磁粉改性沥青混凝土、磁粉改性沥青砂胶和磁粉改性沥青,即整个结构从上至下主要包括沥青混凝土磨耗层、粘层、磁粉改性沥青混凝土保护层、磁粉改性沥青砂胶缓冲层、磁粉改性沥青防水粘结层和钢桥面板防腐层六层组成,其中防腐层和缓冲层根据实际需要设置。在施工过程中,增加各磁粉改性铺装层的磁化工艺,通过粉体改性、磁力粘结和磁致硬化的综合作用,在传统钢桥面铺装结构的物化粘结基础上,提高该钢桥面铺装结构的整体强度和刚度,增强层间结合和变形追从性及路用性能和耐久性。
