The invention discloses a construction method of a reusable tunnel plug joint grouting exhaust structure. A grout inlet pipe, a grout outlet pipe, grout lifting pipes and an exhaust groove are arranged in a to-be-plugged tunnel; after plug concrete is poured and before the flood season comes, when the temperature in the plug concrete still cannot be reduced to the temperature required by the design, first joint grouting is implemented immediately; after the first joint grouting is completed, clean water is immediately injected through the grout inlet pipe to dredge and clean a grouting pipeline, and low-pressure water passing is immediately performed through an inner side guide pipe of the exhaust groove to clean the exhaust groove; when the temperature in the plug concrete is reduced to the temperature required by the design, secondary joint grouting is carried out, and the secondary joint grouting adopts the mode that annular divergent holes are punched in the outer side of a plug again or an original joint grouting pipeline is utilized; and after secondary joint grouting is completed, cement paste is injected into the grouting pipeline and the exhaust groove for plugging and backfilling. 本发明公开一种可重复使用的隧洞堵头接缝灌浆排气结构的施工方法,在待封堵隧洞内布置进浆管、出浆管、升浆管、排气槽;堵头混凝土浇筑完成后,在汛期到来前,堵头混凝土内温度仍不能降低到设计要求温度时,立即实施第一次接缝灌浆;第一次接缝灌浆完成后,立即通过进浆管注入清水疏通清洗灌浆管路,立即通过排气槽的内侧引管进行低压通水清洗排气槽;待堵头混凝土内温度降至设计要求温度时,进行第二次接缝灌浆,第二次接缝灌浆采用在堵头外侧重新打环向发散孔或利用原接缝灌浆管路;第二次接缝灌浆完成后,将灌浆管路及排气槽注入水泥浆封堵回填。本发明工艺简单,施工方便,效果显著,易于推广,非常适合水工隧洞堵头的接缝灌浆处理。
