Reusable grouting device for joint of new structure and old structure and grouting method thereof
The invention discloses a reusable grouting device for a joint of a new structure and an old structure and a grouting method thereof. The device comprises a pre-buried grouting pipe, a grouting connector and a pipe orifice cover, wherein the grouting connector is detachably connected with a first end pipe orifice of the pre-buried grouting pipe, and the pre-buried grouting pipe can be taken down from the grouting connector by moving the pre-buried grouting pipe; and the pipe orifice cover is connected to a second end pipe orifice of the pre-buried grouting pipe in an openable and closable mode. The grouting device is simple in structure, the grouting connector is fixed at the joint of the new structure and the old structure, the pre-buried grouting pipe is buried in the new structure, the second end pipe orifice of the pre-buried grouting pipe is exposed out of concrete, and grouting plugging is carried out on the joint between the new structure and the old structure through the pre-buried grouting pipe and the grouting connector. When a crack occurs at the joint in the later period, the pre-buried grouting pipe is taken out, the grouting connector is reconnected after dredging, grouting plugging is carried out on the crack, the grouting device can be repeatedly used, and the problem that crack water leakage repeatedly occurs between the new structure and the old structure in the later use process is well solved.
本发明公开了一种可重复使用的新旧结构接缝处注浆设备及其注浆方法,设备包括:预埋注浆管;注浆接头,注浆接头可拆卸地连接预埋注浆管的第一端管口,通过活动预埋注浆管可将预埋注浆管自注浆接头上取下;管口盖,可开合地连接于预埋注浆管的第二端管口。本发明的注浆设备结构简单,将注浆接头固定在新建结构与旧有结构接缝处,预埋注浆管埋设在新建结构内,预埋注浆管的第二端管口露出在混凝土外,通过预埋注浆管和注浆接头向新建结构与旧有结构之间的接缝处进行注浆封堵。当后期接缝处出现裂缝时,取出预埋注浆管,疏通后重新连接于注浆接头,向裂缝进行注浆封堵,能够重复使用,很好地解决了后期使用过程中新旧结构间反复出现裂缝漏水的情况。
