Plastic cement strong core body
The invention is a plastic cement strong core body. The plastic cement strong core body includes a thin-walled steel pipe, a plastic blind trench pipe, a circular steel backing plate, a steel cone tip, and steel bars; the outer side of the thin-wall steel pipe is covered with the plastic blind trench pipe; the tip of the thin-walled steel pipe is welded with the circular steel backing plate; the circular steel backing plate is equipped with the steel cone tip; and the inner wall of the thin-walled steel pipe is equipped with steel bars or steel strands for supporting. The circular steel backing plate is provided with a reinforced steel backing plate to bear the impact of a steel guide rod. The plastic cement strong core body is used for forming holes in soil layers and loose sand layers and can avoid hole collapse. The plastic cement strong core body has good mechanical properties and can be used in foundation pit supporting piles, rock and soil anchors, foundation treatment, foundation engineering and other geotechnical related projects.
本发明是一种塑料水泥劲芯体，包括薄壁钢管、塑料盲沟管、圆形钢垫板、钢锥尖、钢筋；薄壁钢管外侧套设有塑料盲沟管，薄壁钢管先端焊接圆形钢垫板，圆形钢垫板上安装有钢锥尖；薄壁钢管内壁设有钢筋或者钢绞线支撑。圆形钢垫板内设有加强钢垫板，承载钢导杆的冲击。本发明在土层及松散的砂层中成孔，可以避免了塌孔。本发明具备良好的力学性能。可用于基坑支护桩、岩土锚固体、地基处理、基础工程等岩土相关工程中。
