The invention provides a phosphogypsum-based mixed mortar wall spraying process. The process comprises the steps that phosphogypsum powder is prepared; mixed mortar is prepared; a wall base face is treated; a spraying machine is used for spraying the mixed mortar along a proper movement track; multiple coating layers are sequentially formed on a base face in a stacked mode; and impurities on the ground of a construction site are removed after the coating layers are leveled and calendered. After the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, the mixed mortar contains a flame-retardant material, so that the flame-retardant and fireproof performance of the wall body is improved and fire hazard is reduced; phosphogypsum is used as a cementing material of the mixed mortar, the application field of ardealite is widened; the spray gun moves along a reasonable path in the spraying operation process, operation of workers is facilitated, mixed mortar is sprayed evenly, the construction efficiency is improved; in addition, the interruption situation of spraying operation is handled in time, safe and stable operation of equipment is guaranteed, and the service life of the construction equipment is prolonged.
