The invention discloses a phosphogypsum waterproof dry-mixed mortar, and belongs to the field of building material and solid industrial waste comprehensive utilization technology. The phosphogypsum waterproof dry-mixed mortar includes: by weight, ordinary portland cement 2%-8%, mineral powder 10%-20%, semi-hydrate phosphogypsum 40%-50%, fly ash 25%-35%, and proper amount of compounded additive. The compounded additive comprises: by weight, polypropylene fibre 0.25%-0.5%, redispersible latex powder 0.1%-1%, waterproof agent 0.25%-1%, water reducer 0.1%-0.2%, and retarder 0.02%-0.03%. The mortar uses the phosphogypsum discarded by a phosphate fertilizer plant as main raw material, adds components such as waterproof agent, has characteristics of durable waterproof performance, low cost and high compressive strength and bending strength, and is a green waterproof mortar.
