The invention discloses a road and bridge safety anti-collision guardrail which comprises a plurality of anti-collision guardrail bodies. Every two adjacent anti-collision guardrail bodies are connected through first limiting lock plates. Each anti-collision guardrail body comprises a supporting base. A plurality of limiting guide columns are fixed to the supporting base in the length direction; first limiting support plates are arranged among the plurality of limiting guide columns; second limiting support plates are arranged above the first limiting support plates among the plurality of limiting guide columns; nuts are in threaded connection on the limiting guide columns under the first limiting support plates; anti-collision carrier rollers are arranged between the first limiting supporting plates and the second limiting supporting plates; and an upper end connecting shaft is fixed at the upper end of each anti-collision carrier roller. The road and bridge safety anti-collision guardrail is convenient to mount and dismount, high in universality and stable.
