The invention discloses a pipeline deep foundation pit support construction method. The method includes the steps: performing localization to obtain the coordinates of excavation connection points ofpipelines needing to be connected, determining the positions of a foundation pit and steel sheet piles, and then carrying out surveying and setting out at the positions of the foundation pit and the steel sheet piles; carrying out first water lowering, wherein the water level is lowered to be below the bottom of a heavy excavation groove through water lowering pipes on the outer side of the foundation pit; carrying out heavy excavation slope settling and steel sheet pile driving construction, and carrying out second water lowering, wherein the water level is lowered to be below the bottom of the foundation pit through the water lowering pipes; and carrying out earth excavation in a cofferdam defined by the steel sheet piles, and carrying out butt-joint connection of the pipelines after excavation of the foundation pit is completed. The method effectively solves the technical problems of pipeline foundation pit support construction through the steel sheet piles in a high-water-level quicksand layer, has high pertinence, operability and safety performance, reduces construction risks, and has low construction costs.
