Deep foundation pit support and support construction process
Supporting piles or pipe piles are arranged outside an underground foundation of a building in a surrounding mode, row piles are arranged on the peripheries of the supporting piles or the pipe piles, crown beams are arranged on the supporting piles or the pipe piles, anchor cables are arranged on the crown beams, and the anchor cables obliquely downwards sequentially penetrate through the supporting piles or the pipe piles, then penetrate through the row piles and extend into an external soil layer; net hanging sprayed concrete is arranged on one side, close to the building underground foundation, of the inner side of each pipe pile or support pile; a soil layer on the edge of the top of the deep foundation pit slopes downwards towards the underground foundation of the building, and net hanging sprayed concrete is arranged on the slope surface. Row piles are arranged to prevent water seepage into the deep foundation pit due to too high water pressure outside the deep foundation pit, then pipe piles or support piles are arranged, and hanging net spraying concrete is arranged outside the pipe piles or the row piles to prevent water from seeping into the deep foundation pit from the positions between the piles; the tubular piles or the supporting piles are fixed in a soil layer outside the deep foundation pit through the anchor cables, the adjacent tubular piles or the adjacent supporting piles are connected into a whole through the crown beams, net hanging and concrete spraying are conducted on the inner sides of the piles after each layer of earth is excavated, and the deep foundation pit always keeps good structural strength.
本发明涉及一种深基坑支护,支护桩或管桩围设在建筑地下基础外,支护桩或管桩外围设有排桩,支护桩或管桩上设置有冠梁,冠梁上设有锚索,锚索倾斜向下依次贯穿支护桩或管桩后再贯穿排桩,伸入外部土层中;管桩或支护桩内侧靠近建筑地下基础一侧均设有挂网喷砼;深基坑顶部边缘的土层向建筑地下基础向下放坡,坡面上设置有挂网喷砼。设置排桩,避免深基坑外水压过高向深基坑内渗水,然后设置管桩或支护桩,在管桩或排桩外设置挂网喷砼,避免水从桩间渗入深基坑中;锚索将管桩或支护桩固定在深基坑外的土层中,冠梁使相邻的管桩或相邻的支护桩之间连接成整体,在每层土方开挖后,均在桩内侧进行挂网喷砼,深基坑始终保持较好的结构强度。
