The method comprises the following steps of site leveling, slope positioning, steel sheet pile construction, tube well dewatering construction, earth excavation, slope net hanging guniting, earth excavation to a base, slope net hanging guniting construction, pit-in-pit earth excavation and pit-in-pit slope net hangingguniting construction, and monitoring of a foundation pit in time according to the excavation condition. According to the method, design requirements and objective process relations existing in all construction processes are followed; the construction method and a construction machine do not influence the construction sequence; the requirements for continuous labor operation and manpower balance are met, and the requirements for construction quality and safety are met; and process intervals and season construction requirements are fully considered.
