The invention provides a high-rise building outer wall component dismantling method which comprises the following steps that a hard protective shed is erected on the first floor of a high-rise building, an existing window cleaning machine on a building roof is used for assisting construction, and a winch is erected on a window cleaning machine rail for assisting hoisting; a steel wire rope of thewinch is lowered to an outer wall component to be dismantled, and constructors on a riding track and/or constructors in a window cleaning machine hanging basket on the outer side of the outer wall component firmly connect the steel wire rope with local components in the outer wall component; the constructors on the riding track perform cutting operation on the local components, and the personnel in the hanging basket perform auxiliary operation; and after each local component of one outer wall component is cut, lifting to the roof under the driving of the winch and the guidance of the personnel in the hanging basket is achieved, and conveying into a top floor room through the window cleaning machine rail and transferring out through a goods elevator are achieved. By means of the high-risebuilding outer wall component dismantling method, double insurance is achieved when the component is prevented from falling off, and normal operation of a building is not affected in the dismantling process.
