DISMANTLING METHOD OF HIGH-RISE BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the possibility of dismantling caused by the dismantling of a high-rise building falling from a high-rise building.SOLUTION: A plurality of masts 10 connecting a plurality of secondary masts to the periphery of the high-rise building B are set up, and the sheet material 22 is attached to the top end of the mast 10. The sheet material 22 includes an upper sheet 22A covering the upper surface of the high-rise building B and a side sheet 22B covering side surfaces of the high-rise building B. The lower end of the side sheet 22B is connected to the outer surface of the high-rise building B. In this state, the high-rise building B above the portion to which the lower end of the side sheet 22 B is connected is disassembled from the inside of the high-rise building B. After disassembling the part, the secondary mast is removed from the bottom end, and the sheet material 22 is lowered. The disassembling from the inside of the high-rise building B and the descent of the sheet material 22 are alternately repeated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】高層ビルの解体によって生じる解体物が高層ビルから落下する可能性を抑制する。【解決手段】高層ビルBの周囲に多数の副マストを連結してなる複数本のマスト10を立て、マスト10の上端にシート材22を取付ける。シート材22は、高層ビルBの上面を覆う上面シート22Aと高層ビルBの側面を覆う側面シート22Bとを備える。側面シート22Bの下端は高層ビルBの外側面に接続される。この状態で側面シート22Bの下端が接続された部分より上の高層ビルBを高層ビルBの内側から解体する。当該部分を解体したら、副マストを下端から除去し、シート材22を下降させる。高層ビルBの内側からの解体とシート材22の下降を交互に繰り返す。【選択図】図5
