The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste recycling, in particular to a method for recycling desulfurized gypsum. The method comprises the following steps: drying desulfurized gypsum to obtain dehydrated desulfurized gypsum; performing chemical component analysis on the limestone, the alumina dust collection powder and the dehydrated and desulfurized gypsum to obtain limestone component data, alumina dust collection powder component data and dehydrated and desulfurized gypsum component data; determining the mass ratio of the dehydrated and desulfurized gypsum to the limestone to the alumina dust collection powder according to the obtained data in combination with theoretical composition data of the sulphoaluminate cement; respectively adding limestone, alumina dust collection powder and dehydrated and desulfurized gypsum according to the mass ratio, mixing, and calcining to obtain a sulphoaluminate cement product; the high-value sulphoaluminate cement product can be obtained by calcining industrial solid waste desulfurized gypsum, limestone and alumina dust collection powder, so that the high-value sulphoaluminate cement product is prepared from the desulfurized gypsum.
