The invention discloses an in-water garbage collecting device. The device comprises a first cavity and a second cavity, a first inlet is formed in the front end of the first cavity, a pump opening isformed below the first cavity, the pump opening is connected with a water pump through a pipeline, a first outlet is arranged behind the first cavity, a water filter part is arranged in the first cavity, the first inlet communicates with the water filter part, the pump opening is located outside the water filter part, the inlet and the pump opening are separated through the water filter part, a second inlet is formed in the front of the second cavity, a second outlet is formed on the lower portion of the second cavity, the second inlet is in abut joint with the first outlet, a piston is arranged in the second cavity, the piston slides backwards from the abut-joint position, garbage in the first cavity enters the second cavity from the first outlet via the second inlet and flows out from the lower portion of the second cavity, the device is simple in structure, and reliable in use, the device can be used in lakes and rivers with garbage in water needed to be treated, the site is not limited, the whole structure is simple, use is smooth, and later-period maintaining is convenient.
