The invention provides a water garbage collecting device, and relates to the technical field of water garbage cleaning, the water garbage collecting device comprises a box body, a conveying assembly, a fishing assembly, a gathering assembly and a control assembly, the box body is provided with a collecting cavity for storing garbage, the box body is driven by an engine part to move, and the conveying assembly is used for conveying the garbage into the collecting cavity. The fishing assembly is provided with swing arms capable of swinging inside and outside alternately, so that garbage is swept into a conveying belt of the conveying assembly. The gathering assembly gathers the garbage near the box body by forming a water vortex on the water, so that the swing arm can conveniently sweep the garbage dispersed on the water surface. Therefore, automatic collection of water surface garbage is achieved, existing manual fishing is replaced, and labor input is reduced.
