An external quantitative liquid outlet device comprises a liquid bottle, a shell and a liquid outlet mechanism. A bottle cavity used for containing the liquid bottle is formed in the shell. A communicating pipeline is arranged between the bottle cavity and the liquid outlet mechanism. The liquid outlet mechanism is provided with a liquid storage cavity and a pressing mechanism. After the liquid bottle is placed in the bottle cavity, the liquid bottle is communicated with the liquid storage cavity through the communicating pipeline, the pressing mechanism stretches into the liquid storage cavity and is pressed downwards, the liquid storage cavity is compressed through the pressing mechanism, and therefore liquid in the liquid storage cavity is discharged. After the pressing mechanism risesagain, the liquid in the liquid bottle enters the liquid storage cavity through the communicating pipeline. When in use, the device is externally arranged and is not immersed in water, quantitative liquid in the liquid storage cavity can be discharged through the pressing mechanism, the operation is convenient and sanitary, and quantitative discharge can be achieved.
