The switcher can switch the blocking piece connected with the switcher, and the button can drive at least one part of the switcher to move so that the blocking piece connected with the switcher can move to the opening position from the closing position; when the plugging piece is located at the opening position, the liquid inlet, the liquid passing opening and the liquid outlet are sequentially communicated; when the blocking piece is located at the closing position, the liquid passing opening is blocked by the blocking piece. The liquid outlet device is provided with a plurality of liquid flowing paths, liquid can flow along different flowing paths and flow out of different liquid outlets through the liquid outlet device, and the liquid outlet device has more liquid outlet effects.
