The invention discloses a liquid outlet device and a liquid outlet system. The liquid outlet device comprises a shell assembly, a driving mechanism, a liquid outlet mechanism, a first control mechanism and a second control mechanism. The shell assembly comprises a bottom shell embedded in the installation structure and a face shell which forms an installation space with the bottom shell in an enclosing mode. The first control mechanism and the second control mechanism are both mounted in the mounting space, so that a liquid pipeline, a signal transmission line and other pipelines can penetrate through the fixing structure at a time to be connected with the first control mechanism and the second control mechanism located in the mounting space, and the liquid outlet device is conveniently fixed through the bottom shell; the times of entering and exiting the mounting structure of the pipeline can be reduced; and the pipeline structure is simplified. The first control mechanism is driven by the driving mechanism to lead the first liquid into the liquid outlet mechanism and discharge the first liquid or prevent the first liquid from entering the liquid outlet mechanism. And the second control mechanism is driven by the driving mechanism to introduce the second liquid into the liquid outlet mechanism and discharge the second liquid or prevent the second liquid from entering the liquid outlet mechanism.
