The reinforcing admixture is prepared from nano silicon dioxide microspheres, glass beads, soluble organic ferric salt, a water-soluble high-molecular polymer and water-based closed polyisocyanate, wherein the nano silicon dioxide beads can play a role in micro-aggregate filling, the compactness of the cementing slurry is improved, and the activity of the nano silicon dioxide beads can improve the interface area of the pervious concrete cementingslurry and aggregate and improve the bonding strength. The vitrified micro-beads can improve the fluidity of the pervious concrete. The soluble organic iron salt utilizes the coordination effect of carboxylic acid groups of organic acid on iron ions, the dissolving stability of iron ions in water is improved, and the phenomenon that iron ions react with hydroxide radicals in an aqueous solution toform flocculent precipitates to cause false coagulation of a pervious concrete mixture is prevented, the iron ions and the hydroxide radicals in the pervious concrete gradually form insoluble amorphous precipitates in the later hydration period, micropores in a cement cured product are blocked, durability is improved, and van alkali is inhibited.
本发明提出了一种用于预拌高流态透水混凝土的增强外加剂及其制备方法,包括纳米二氧化硅微珠、玻璃化微珠、可溶性有机铁盐、水溶性高分子聚合物、水性封闭多异氰酸酯。其中,纳米二氧化硅微珠可起到微集料填充效应,增加胶结浆体密实度,其活性可改善透水混凝土胶结浆体与骨料的界面区域提升粘接强度。玻璃化微珠可提高透水混凝土的流动性。可溶性有机铁盐利用有机酸的羧酸基团对铁离子的配位作用,提高铁离子在水中的溶解稳定性,防止铁离子与水溶液中的氢氧根反应形成絮状沉淀从而造成透水混凝土砼拌合物的假凝现象,而水化后期铁离子与透水混凝土中的氢氧根离子逐渐形成不溶性无定形沉淀,封堵水泥固化物中的微孔隙,提升耐久性及抑制范碱。
