High-slump-loss-resistance concrete-filled steel tube and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-slump-loss-resistance concrete-filled steel tube. The concrete-filled steel tube is prepared from a cementing material, aggregate, an additive and mixing water, whereinin terms of per cubic meter of concrete, the adding amount of the cementing material is 500-600 kg, the adding amount of the aggregate is 1636-1730 kg, the adding amount of the additive is 10-12 kg, and the ratio of the adding amount of the mixing water to the adding amount of the cementing material is (0.28-0.32): 1. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the high-slump-loss-resistance concrete-filled steel tube. By adding the additive and reasonably proportioning the components, the slump loss resistance and compressive strength of the concrete are obviously improved, the delayed coagulation time is prolonged, the temperature peak is obviously delayed, the temperature stress of the concrete is reduced, and the crack resistance of the concrete is improved.
本发明公开了一种高保坍型钢管混凝土,由胶凝材料、骨料、外加剂和拌和用水组成;以每立方米混凝土计,所述胶凝材料的加入量为500kg~600kg、所述骨料加入量为1636kg~1730kg、所述外加剂加入量10kg~12kg,所述拌和用水的加入量与所述胶凝材料的加入量之比为(0.28~0.32):1。本发明还公开了一种高保坍型钢管混凝土制备方法。通过本发明所述外加剂的加入、以及各组分间的合理配比,明显改善了混凝土的保坍性能和抗压强度,缓凝时间延长,而且显著延缓温峰的出现,降低混凝土温度应力,提高混凝土抗裂能力。
