Recycled concrete with high slump loss resistance and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses recycled concrete with high slump loss resistance and a preparation method thereof. The concrete with high slump loss resistance is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 to 350 parts of cement, 700 to 800 parts of natural fine aggregate, 1000 to 1200 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 200 to 230 parts of water, 5 to 10 parts of a water reducing agent, 65 to 75 parts of fly ash, 4 to 10 parts of sodium allysulfonate, 5 to 12 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, and 3 to 9 parts of maleic anhydride. The preparation method comprises the steps: mixing the cement, the natural fine aggregate, the recycled coarse aggregate, the fly ash and the water reducing agent in proportion, adding water, stirring, adding the sodium allysulfonate, the maleic anhydride and the sodium tripolyphosphate into the slurry, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain the recycled concrete with high slump loss resistance. The concrete has the characteristic of improving the slump loss resistance and the compressive strength of the concrete.
