The invention provides residue soil polymer vegetation concrete and a preparation method thereof. The vegetation concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 400 to 500 parts of residue soil granulation polymer, 20 to 60 parts of fly ash, 200 to 250 parts of cement, 20 to 60 parts of fine aggregate, 1000 to 1060 parts of coarse aggregate, 120 to 140 parts of water and 6.5 to 7.8 parts of an additive. According to the invention, the residue soil granulation polymer is used as an aggregate; the application range of the residue soil is widened, the additional value of aresidue soil regeneration product is increased, reasonable, efficient and cyclic use of the residue soil is achieved, and the indexes such as greenhouse gas emission and total cost of the residue soil polymer vegetation concrete are lower than those of traditional plant-growing concrete.
