High-density aluminum silicon carbide material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-density aluminum silicon carbide material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out a ball milling treatment on silicon carbide powder, silicon carbide powder, silicon carbide powder and alcohol, drying to obtain mixed powder, melting paraffin, adding molten paraffin into the mixed powder and silica sol to prepare mixed slurry, carrying out die casting to prepare a ceramic blank; carrying out four times of heating treatments on the ceramic blank, carrying out de-waxing and pre-sintering to prepare a silicon carbide ceramic green body; putting the silicon carbide ceramic into a graphite die, putting the graphite die into a tool barrel, fixing the tool barrel into a furnace chamber of infiltration equipment, controlling the temperature of the furnace chamber to preheat the tool barrel, putting aluminum into the lower furnace chamber of the infiltration equipment for smelting and refining; and infiltrating molten aluminum into the ceramic blank in the tool barrel to finish infiltration, cooling to the room temperature, and taking out to obtain the high-density aluminum silicon carbide package material. By means of the preparation method, a complex packaging structural part can be formed, the structure is uniform, air holes are evenly distributed after de-waxing, and the material has a high density.
本发明公开了一种高致密铝碳化硅材料及其制备方法,将碳化硅粉料、碳化硅粉、碳化硅粉和酒精经球磨处理后烘干制得混合粉料,将石蜡融化后加入混合粉料和硅溶胶制成混合浆料,然后压铸制成陶瓷坯体;将陶瓷坯体进行四次升温处理完成,经排蜡与预烧后制成碳化硅陶瓷坯体;将碳化硅陶瓷装入石墨模具中,装入工装桶中,将工装桶固定在浸渗设备的炉腔内,控制炉腔温度对工装桶进行预热,将金属铝放置在浸渗设备的下炉腔中进行熔炼和精炼;使熔融的铝液渗入工装桶中的陶瓷坯体内完成浸渗,冷却至室温后取出,制成高致密铝碳化硅封装材料。本发明可以成型较复杂的封装结构件,组织均匀,排蜡后气孔分布均匀,具有高致密性。
