Aluminum silicon carbide material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an aluminum silicon carbide material which comprises aluminum and a silicon carbide prefabricated part. The aluminum silicon carbide material is characterized in that the silicon carbide prefabricated part is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of silicon carbide particles, 1 to 10 parts of metal nitrate and 1 to 10 parts of a binding agent. The raw materials of the aluminum silicon carbide material contain metal nitrate, the metal nitrate can be thermally decomposed to generate corresponding metal oxide, connection between silicon carbide particles is enhanced, the strength of a silicon carbide prefabricated part is improved, and large-scale mass production is facilitated; and metal oxide generated by pyrolysis is attached to the surfaces of the silicon carbide particles so that oxidation of part of the silicon carbide particles can be effectively inhibited, generation of silicon dioxide is reduced, and the thermal conductivity of the aluminum-silicon carbide material is improved.
本发明涉及一种铝碳化硅材料,包括铝和碳化硅预制件,其特征在于,所述碳化硅预制件由以下原料制备得到:100重量份的碳化硅颗粒、1‑10重量份的金属硝酸盐、1‑10重量份的粘结剂。铝基碳化硅材料的原料中含有金属硝酸盐,金属硝酸盐能热分解产生相应的金属氧化物,加强碳化硅颗粒间的连接,提高碳化硅预制件的强度,有利于进行规模化量产;而且热解产生的金属氧化物附着在碳化硅颗粒表面,可以有效地抑制部分碳化硅颗粒的氧化,减少二氧化硅的生成,提高铝碳化硅材料的热导率。
Aluminum silicon carbide material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an aluminum silicon carbide material which comprises aluminum and a silicon carbide prefabricated part. The aluminum silicon carbide material is characterized in that the silicon carbide prefabricated part is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of silicon carbide particles, 1 to 10 parts of metal nitrate and 1 to 10 parts of a binding agent.
