The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory bricks, and particularly relates to a siliceous oxide pouring refractory brick which comprises an inner brick body and an outer refractory coating layer. The inner brick body is prepared from the following raw materials: clay, shale, coal gangue, silicon oxide, kaolin, glass fiber and water, wherein the mass proportions of the clay, the shale, the coal gangue, the silicon oxide, the kaolin, the glass fiber and the water are respectively as follows by weight, 40-50 parts of clay, 18-22 parts of shale, 10-12 parts of coal gangue, 20-30 parts of silicon oxide, 16-18 parts of kaolin, 4-6 parts of glass fiber and 30-40 parts of water. The outer wall of the inner brick body is coated with the outer refractory coating layer so that the outer refractory coating layer can be in direct contact with fire in case of fire, the refractory effect is better, and the use of refractory materials is reduced; with cooperative use of the clay, theshale, the coal gangue, the silicon oxide, the kaolin and the glass fibers, the prepared brick is relatively good in structural strength and is not liable to break.
