A production method of the binding agent for the siliceous refractory brick comprises the following steps: changing high-alkali-content liquid alkali lignin into low-alkali-content alkali lignin by utilizing an electrodialysis method; the method comprises the following steps: mixing alkali lignin with low alkali content and active silica fume, pressurizing and heating the mixture in a reaction kettle to 100 DEG C or above, and enabling residual NaOH to be fully neutralized with SiO2; filtering the neutralized and decocted mixed hot liquid, adding secondary starch, carrying out alkali gelatinization at 70 DEG C, adding ferrous sulfate into the obtained mixed solution, so that a part of lignin substances are subjected to a sulfonation reaction until a colloid Fe(OH)2 solution is generated; adding epoxy chloropropane into the obtained mixed solution to enable a part of xylose and starch substances to be subjected to a cross-linking polymerization reaction; and finally, performing spray drying on the obtained qualified liquid by using a flash dryer to prepare fine powder, and bagging the product for later use.
一种硅质耐火砖用结合剂的生产方法,它是把高碱量的液体碱木素利用电渗析法变成低碱量的碱木素,把低碱量碱木素与活性微硅粉混合,在反应釜里面加压加热至100℃以上,使残留的NaOH充分与SiO2发生中和反应,把中和熬制后的混合热液过滤,加入次淀粉后至70℃时进行碱糊化,在得到的混合液里面,加入硫酸亚铁,使一部分的木质素物质发生磺化反应,并产生胶体Fe(OH)2溶液为止,在得到的混合液里面加入环氧氯丙烷,使一部分木糖和淀粉物质发生胶联聚合反应,把得到的合格液体,利用闪干机喷雾干燥制成细粉,装袋备用。
