Siliceous insulating refractory brick
The invention discloses a siliceous refractory brick, relating to the technical field of manufacturing of refractory materials. The siliceous refractory brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-85 parts of quartz sand, 15-25 parts of expanded perlite, 0.3-0.4 part of iron oxide powder, 8-10 parts of lime milk and 4-6 parts of pulp waste. Compared with the prior art, the siliceous insulating refractory brick has the advantages of high refractoriness under load, low shrinkage tendency at high temperature, low heat conductivity and favorable heat stability, and can satisfy the demands for construction materials of various heat engineering facilities in metallurgy, chemical industry and the like.
