The invention relates to a method for improving the toughness of a masonry structure by adopting combination of longitudinal and transverse drilling embedded steel bars and steel base plates in a wallbody and a construction method. The masonry structure comprises an original outer wall body, twisted steel bars, an outer wall steel base plate and a roof steel base plate; holes are drilled in an original longitudinal wall body and an original transverse wall body corresponding to the outer side of the original outer wall body and the upper portion of a roof correspondingly, the drilling positions are in the center of the original transverse wall body, the threaded steel bars are embedded, and polymer mortar is poured into the holes; and the two end parts of the threaded steel bars penetrating through the drilled holes in the transverse wall body are connected and fastened with outer wall steel base plates on the outer side of the original outer wall body through nuts, and one end of theroof with the twisted steel bars is connected and fastened with the roof steel base plate penetrating through the drilled holes in the longitudinal wall body through nuts. According to the method forimproving the toughness of the masonry structure by adopting the combination of the longitudinal and transverse drilling embedded steel bars and the steel base plates in the wall body and the construction method, the toughness of the masonry structure can be effectively enhanced, and wall cracks can be restrained from expanding during an earthquake, so that the integrity of the wall body is enhanced, and damage of earthquake force to an upper structure is reduced.
本发明涉及一种墙体内采用纵、横向钻孔植筋外加钢垫板组合提高砌体结构韧性及其施工方法,包括原外墙体、带螺纹钢筋、外墙钢垫板、屋顶钢垫板;在原外墙体外侧和屋顶上部分别对应的原纵、横墙体内钻孔,钻孔位置为原横墙体内居中,植入带螺纹钢筋,并在孔洞内灌入聚合物砂浆,对于横墙体内的钻孔采用带螺纹钢筋的两个端部与原外墙体外侧外墙钢垫板采用螺母连接紧固;对于竖向墙体内的钻孔采用带螺纹钢筋屋顶的一端与屋顶钢垫板采用螺母连接紧固;本发明能有效增强砌体结构韧性,地震时将约束墙体裂缝开展,增强墙体整体性,减少地震力对上部结构造成的破坏。
