The rear clutch device comprises a rotating base and a rotating disc, wherein the outer circumference of the rotating base is arranged in a rotating disc inner hole in a matched manner; a clutch pin sliding groove communicating with the rotating disc inner hole is formed in the rotating disc in the radial direction; aclutch pin sleeved with a clutch spring is arranged in the clutch pin sliding groove; a groove opposite to the clutch pin is formed in the outer circumference of the rotating base; the rotating discinner hole matched with the outer circumference of the rotating base is an unthreaded hole; a reversing pin sliding groove communicating with the rotating disc inner hole is formed in the rotating disc in the radial direction; a reversing pin sleeved with a locking spring is arranged in the reversing pin sliding groove, and the end of the reversing pin stretches out of the rotating disc inner hole; a limiting sleeve limiting the reversing pin in the reversing pin sliding groove is arranged on the outer side of the reversing pin sliding groove; a boss opposite to the reversing pin is arranged on the outer circumference of the rotating base; and the end, opposite to the boss, of the reversing pin is an inclined face, and the inclined face is opposite to the rotating direction of the rotatingbase in the unlocking state. According to the rear clutch device, violent unlocking can be avoided, and safety performance is higher.
